Job Summary
Part-time Associate Banker role focused on delivering welcoming, attentive service while handling day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, and guiding clients to Chase’s technology and solutions. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby flow, scheduling meetings, educating clients on Chase Mobile App and online banking, and building trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge. Bank-branch operations may include handling cash devices in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements; success hinges on customer-centric service, clear communication, and teamwork.
