Part Time Assistant Teacher for Summer Aftercare

Part-Time Aftercare Assistant Teacher duties including supervising indoor/outdoor play, maintaining staff-to-child ratios, ensuring safety and positive behavior, assisting with daily routines and dismissal, helping children with hygiene, organizing classroom materials, and communicating with families during pickup. Role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of childcare experience, and eligibility to work in the United States with required clearances (FBI Fingerprinting, PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal Background Check, TB clearance). Schedule is Monday–Friday 1:00 PM–5:30 PM, Exton, PA, with potential for continued employment. Montessori/early childhood experience and related coursework are preferred. Compensation ranges from $17–$19 per hour for Teacher Aide and $19–$20 per hour for Assistant Teacher, with at least 2 years or 2,000+ hours of childcare experience qualifying for Assistant Teacher placement.
