Job Summary
Assist in implementing the Early Childhood Education program and maintain a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class. Communicate regularly with parents in person and through technology to meet expectations. Float between classrooms at The Malvern School of Blue Bell. Requires at least 2,500 hours of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility or relevant college credits plus 1,250 hours. Pursue a CDA or degree in the field. Full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and tuition reimbursement are available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years of age
- At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) months of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility
- 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility
- Must be (or be willing to start) pursuing a CDA (Child Development Associate) OR a degree in the field
