Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising to maintain high standards of housekeeping. Drive sales performance by achieving personal and store goals, implementing effective strategies, and coaching team members on sales skills and customer service. Manage client information through CRM systems, address customer concerns promptly, and enforce loss prevention protocols while utilizing POS and inventory tools. Ensure smooth store security and adherence to all operational policies. This part-time role requires 32 or fewer weekly hours adjusted to business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience
- 1+ years in Assistant Manager responsibilities
- Results-oriented individual with a strong sales focus
- Positive, high-energy, friendly, and engaging personality
- Willingness to initiate customer interactions and guide them through the store
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate retail POS systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable with using ladders or stairs
- Demonstrated proficiency in coaching and mentoring employees
- Familiarity with the sales floor and stockroom layout
