Part Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary
Lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store by maintaining visual standards, managing merchandise flow, and ensuring all associates follow safety policies and procedures. Handle customer situations in compliance with company directives, coach staff on performance, and delegate tasks to meet operational needs. Serve as the floor supervisor during non-peak periods to maximize customer experience and drive efficiency across all store processes. This part-time role requires 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with strong communication and math skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Proficient in math
- Strong computer skills

- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to climb ladders as needed
- Must be able to regularly talk or hear
- Must be able to frequently sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach, twist or squat
- Must be able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office areas
- Must have close vision

- Must have ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting
