Part Time Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager in driving top-line sales and profitability by executing visual directives, maintaining merchandise flow, and ensuring strict adherence to safety policies. Supervise daily operations by coaching sales associates, delegating tasks, and resolving customer situations while upholding a customer-focused selling culture. Support the Store Manager in motivating the team, recognizing outstanding performance, and holding employees accountable for operational tasks and brand standards. Work 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods. This role requires lifting up to 35 pounds and frequent standing or walking within the store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week

- Proficient in math
- Strong computer skills
