Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager in driving top-line sales and profitability by supervising floor operations, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring strict adherence to safety policies and procedures. Manage daily tasks including merchandise flow, stockroom organization, and customer experience delivery while coaching sales associates on performance and brand affinity. Execute visual directives, delegate operational needs, and escalate customer situations as required to maximize store productivity. Maintain a customer-focused mindset throughout shifts, balancing leadership presence with approachability to foster team engagement and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Proficient in math
- Strong computer skills
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Ability to frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
