Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager in driving top-line sales, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring all team members deliver an engaging, positive customer experience. Handle customer situations in compliance with policy, escalate issues as appropriate, and hold associates accountable for operational tasks and safety procedures. Perform floor supervisor duties during non-peak periods, coach Sales Associates on performance, and delegate tasks to meet daily operational needs. Maintain merchandise flow, fill stock, and ensure the store and stockroom remain clean, organized, and safe. This part-time role requires 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods. Candidates must demonstrate passion for fashion and brands, possess strong communication and math skills, and be at least 18 years old.
