Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales-driven, profitable store location. Responsibilities include coaching and evaluating Sales Associates, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and safe store, delivering engaging customer experiences, managing operations and merchandise flow, and executing visual directives to uphold PacSun brand standards while inspiring a positive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills
