Part Time Assistant Store Manager - Doncaster

As Part Time Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager and Optometrist to deliver a seamless customer journey from eye test to frame selection and dispense. You will take ownership of the store two days a week, lead the team, drive performance, manage the appointment book, and ensure every customer interaction is easy and enjoyable. You will coach and develop the team to deliver consistently great service, contributing to a hands-on, customer-focused store environment. This role includes hands-on training in optical dispensing and leadership, with opportunities for internal progression as the ANZ expansion continues.
