Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven, profitable store location. Responsibilities include coaching and supervising team members, delivering an engaging customer experience, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, executing visual and merchandising standards, managing operations and stockflow, delegating tasks to meet operational needs, and communicating feedback to leadership. The role requires strong communication, math and computer skills, the ability to manage time effectively, and a passion for product, brands, fashion, and trends. This is a part-time role with a typical range of 20-40 hours per week and on-site duties at Tukwila, WA.
Required Qualifications
