Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager role by supervising daily operations, managing sales associates, and ensuring strict adherence to visual standards and safety policies. Drive top-line sales performance through customer-focused service, handling escalated situations, and coaching staff to meet KPIs. Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom while prioritizing merchandising flow and visual directives. Delegate tasks effectively to cover non-peak periods and support the Store Manager in executing company initiatives. This part-time position requires 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and holiday peaks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
