PART TIME ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

Part Time Assistant Property Manager role focused on supporting day-to-day property operations, customer service, and sales objectives. Responsibilities include handling rental agreements, processing payments, managing delinquent accounts, conducting cash drawer audits and bank deposits, enforcing policies with safety emphasis, and assisting with unit rentals and moving supplies. Requires ability to work independently, multitask, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain property appearance and safety. Physical tasks include property walks and outdoor work; occasional travel to other store locations may be required.
