Job Summary
Oversee daily property operations by assisting the full-time manager with sales strategies, customer interactions, and conflict resolution to meet occupancy and revenue goals. Perform routine cleaning, light maintenance, and facility inspections while reporting issues promptly to ensure the site remains safe and functional. Collaborate on expense control and revenue growth through effective communication and decision-making support. This part-time role requires 16-20 hours per week with weekend availability, including physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs, driving box trucks, and traversing the entire facility. Located in Springdale, Arkansas, this position offers hands-on experience in business operations, sales, and facility management within a growing self-storage company.

- Frequently lift or move items up to 25 lbs.
- Occasionally lift or move items up to 50 lbs.
- Drive and park moving box trucks up to 26 ft.
- Ability to lift, move, and attach trailers (such as U-Haul) to vehicles, which may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
