Job Summary
Lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store by managing daily operations, coaching sales associates, and executing visual directives to maintain brand standards. Handle customer situations in compliance with policy, prioritize operational tasks, and delegate duties to ensure efficient merchandise flow and stockroom organization. Foster a positive team environment by recognizing performance, providing feedback, and holding staff accountable for safety and procedural adherence. Work 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Must frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Must climb ladders as needed
- Must be regularly required to talk or hear

- Must use hands to finger, handle or feel
- Must reach, twist or squat
- Must be able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office areas
