Job Summary
Lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store location by managing daily operations, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring merchandise flow. Handle customer situations in compliance with policy, coach Sales Associates on performance, and delegate tasks to meet operational needs. Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom while holding team members accountable for safety procedures and company directives. Work 20-40 hours per week, including weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods, demonstrating flexibility and initiative to support store leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Must frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Must climb ladders as needed
- Must be regularly required to talk or hear

- Must use hands to finger, handle or feel
- Must reach, twist or squat
- Must be able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office areas
