Job Summary
Lead a customer-focused, top-line sales-driven store by managing daily operations, ensuring visual standards, and maintaining merchandise flow. Supervise staff during non-peak periods, coach sales associates on performance, and delegate tasks to meet operational needs. Handle customer situations in compliance with policy, escalate issues as appropriate, and ensure all associates follow safety procedures and company directives. Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom to maximize the customer experience while driving efficiency in all store processes. Work 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Must frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Must climb ladders as needed
- Must be regularly required to talk or hear
- Must be able to frequently sit
- Must be able to frequently stand
- Must be able to frequently walk
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle or feel
- Must be able to reach, twist or squat
- Must be able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office areas
