Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager in driving top-line sales and profitability by managing customer situations, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring all associates follow safety policies and procedures. Execute floor supervision duties during non-peak periods, coach sales associates on performance, and delegate tasks to meet operational needs. Maintain merchandise flow, stockroom organization, and a clean, safe shopping environment while reflecting the brand's passion for fashion and trends. This part-time role requires 20-40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
