Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager at PacSun supporting the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven store. Responsible for delivering an engaging, authentic customer experience, ensuring policy compliance, coaching and developing sales associates, maintaining visual standards and merchandise presentation, and driving store operations to maximize profitability. Requires strong communication, time management, math and computer skills, and a High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Demonstrates leadership, accountability, and a commitment to PacSun brand values and fashion trends.
