Job Summary
Part-time role as an Assistant Store Manager at PacSun in Atlanta, GA. Assist the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven store with responsibilities including coaching and developing staff, ensuring policy compliance, managing visual and operational standards, driving merchandise flow and stockroom organization, and delivering an engaging customer experience. Requires strong communication, time management, math and computer skills, and flexibility to work weekends and peak periods. Physical requirements and travel may be involved for SM and above roles within the team.
