Job Summary
Part-Time Assistant Coach for the Men’s Soccer Varsity program at Thomas College in Waterville, ME. The successful candidate will assist with building a strong recruiting pipeline, plan and implement goalkeeper training, participate in practices and player development, contribute to match preparation with scouting and video analysis, support team operations including travel coordination and equipment management, and uphold NCAA Division III, NAC, and Thomas College policies while fostering a positive team culture. Must be able to travel regionally and work evenings and weekends; a Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license are required.
