Job Summary
Lead a high-performance team in driving sales, profitability, and customer loyalty while maintaining brand values and operational standards. Model a customer-first selling culture through visual standards, engagement initiatives, and performance management. Execute daily business priorities, analyze trends to solve opportunities, and manage freight flow, operations, and merchandising. Recruit, train, and retain associates while validating loss prevention policies and inventory controls. Support the Store Manager in absence and ensure a safe work environment through ongoing safety training. Requires 2+ years of leadership experience, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and a minimum age of 21.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays, based on business needs
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
- Minimum age: 21 years
