Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving sales and profitability, fostering a customer-first selling culture, and executing daily business priorities. Responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performance team, modeling customer-first engagement, analyzing business trends to problem-solve, planning and executing daily tasks, recruiting and training staff, maintaining brand values and policies, and ensuring a safe work environment. Additional skills required include effective communication, coaching abilities, decision-making, and a strong sense of urgency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly
- Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs
- Minimum age: 21 years
