Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, sales-driven, profitable store location. Responsibilities include coaching and guiding team members, enforcing policies, maintaining clean and organized store and stockroom, driving merchandise flow and visual standards, delivering engaging customer experiences, and supporting operational tasks and leadership communication. Requires high school diploma or equivalent preferred, strong communication and math/computer skills, and availability to work a part-time schedule (20-40 hours per week) with 18+ age requirement. PacSun brand alignment and a focus on brand, fashion, trends, and customer experience are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong communications skills
