Job Summary
Coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards and oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations to maintain shop floor efficiency. Drive retail excellence and strong sales results by analyzing performance data, managing commercial practices, and meeting sales targets. Coordinate between customers, the team, and the store manager to resolve issues and build consumer loyalty while supporting the store manager in delivering brand-aligned experiences.
