Job Summary
Assist in operating and supervising the theatre and its staff, serving as a representative of Regal in alignment with policies. Responsibilities include supervising non-management employees, performing staff duties, operating projection and AV systems, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining safety and loss-prevention practices. Role involves budgeting direct operating expenses, scheduling, coaching, hiring oversight under the General Manager, and administering company policies. Requires supervisory experience, ability to train and coach employees, familiarity with ROM, and relevant certifications (alcohol if applicable). Promotional activities and marketing/support for feature engagements are also part of the duties, along with ensuring compliance with training materials and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- At least three months supervisory experience
- 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program
- Alcohol certification requirement if selling/alcohol service involved
- Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Ability to read and understand training materials
- Public speaking and effective communication skills
- Basic math for cash handling and reconciliation
- Experience with projection and audio-visual equipment
- Ability to supervise and coach staff
- Ability to operate concession and theatre duties as required
