Job Summary
Lead a customer-focused, top-line sales-driven store location by managing daily operations, coaching Sales Associates, and maintaining visual standards. Handle customer situations in compliance with policy, delegate tasks to meet operational needs, and ensure all associates follow safety procedures and company directives. Maintain merchandise flow, stockroom organization, and clean store environments while driving efficiency in all store processes. Support the Store Manager in executing KPIs and fostering a positive, authentic customer experience. Work part-time, 20-40 hours per week, with flexibility for weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time
