Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 2

Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and comp goals through recruiting, development, and retention of a collaborative team. Drive customer engagement by promoting new products, leveraging social media, and managing BOPIS and curbside pickup operations. Maintain an operationally sound environment by monitoring shrink, loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules while running sales reports to guide strategy. Merchandise the store using planograms and launch promos on time to deliver compelling product displays. Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ partners on trends and customer feedback. Requires 1-2 years of retail store management experience, high school diploma or GED, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds of merchandise.
