Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and comp goals through daily operations, merchandising, and promo execution. Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team while managing payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention. Drive customer engagement via social media, BOPIS, and curbside pickup, leveraging data to guide strategy. Collaborate with retail leadership on trends and feedback, ensuring an operationally sound business environment. Requires 1-2 years of retail store management experience, high school diploma or GED, and ability to handle up to 50 pounds of merchandise. Part-time role with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
- Must be available for weekend shifts
