Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales plans and comp goals while recruiting, developing, and retaining a collaborative team. Drive customer engagement through product promotions, social media, and BOPIS initiatives. Maintain operational soundness by managing shrink prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules. Collaborate with retail leadership on trends and feedback, run sales reports to guide strategy, and merchandise the store using planograms and timely promos. Navigate daily operations including merchandising and heavy lifting. This part-time role requires 1-2 years of retail management experience and is located in the mall.
Required Qualifications
- Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
