Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in hitting sales targets, recruiting, and developing a collaborative team to run the store. Drive customer engagement by promoting new products, utilizing social media, and managing BOPIS and curbside pickup. Maintain operational excellence through shrink prevention, payroll oversight, and schedule management while running sales reports to guide strategy. Merchandise the store using planograms and launch all promotions on time. Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback. Requires 1-2 years of retail management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to handle heavy merchandise.
Required Qualifications
- Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
- Must be available for weekend shifts
