Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 2

Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and comp goals while recruiting, developing, and retaining a collaborative team. Drive customer engagement through product promotions, social media, and BOPIS initiatives. Maintain operational soundness by managing shrink, loss prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules. Collaborate with retail leadership on trends and feedback, run sales reports to guide strategy, and merchandise the store using planograms and timely promos. This part-time role requires at least 1-2 years of retail store management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
