Job Summary
Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 at BoxLunch in Erie, PA. You’ll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting and developing a collaborative team, driving customer engagement through promotions and multi-channel options like BOPIS and curbside pickup, and maintaining an operationally sound store with focus on shrink prevention, payroll hours, and associate scheduling. You’ll analyze sales data, run reports to guide strategy, merchandise using planograms, and partner with retail leadership to relay trends and feedback while developing a high-performing, customer-focused team; must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED (degree welcome).
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- Strong communication, recruiting, operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising) skills
- Ability to develop and coach team members
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED (degree is a plus)
