Job Summary
Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruits and develops a collaborative, customer-focused team, drives customer engagement through promotions and social channels (including BOPIS and curbside pickup), provides leadership for an operationally sound store, monitors shrink and payroll hours, collaborates with leadership and HQ on trends and feedback, runs sales reports to guide strategy, and delivers compelling store merchandising using planograms while launching promos on time. You’ll develop your team of loyal associates into high-performing, customer-focused contributors who help hit sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- ability to navigate store operations (payroll, reporting, scheduling, merchandising)
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to develop and coach a team
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- 18+ years of age
