Job Summary
Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2 at BoxLunch supports the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, leading and developing a collaborative team, driving customer engagement (including promotions, social media, BOPIS, and curbside pickup), and maintaining operational excellence (loss prevention, payroll hours, scheduling, merchandising). The role emphasizes leadership to run the store, communicate with retail leadership, run sales reports to guide strategy, and create a compelling in-store experience through planograms and timely promotions. Prior retail store management experience and a high school diploma or GED are required.
