Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and developing a collaborative team. Drive customer engagement through product promotions, social media, and benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Maintain operational excellence by managing shrink, payroll, schedules, and merchandising while running sales reports to guide strategy. Collaborate with retail leadership on trends and feedback. Launch all promos on time using planograms. Requires 1-2 years of retail store management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to handle merchandise up to 50 pounds. Part-time role with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Able to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Able to pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
