Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and comp sales goals through daily operations, merchandising, and promo execution. Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative team while managing payroll, scheduling, and shrink prevention. Drive customer engagement by promoting new products, utilizing social media, and managing BOPIS and curbside pickup. Collaborate with retail leadership on trends and feedback, and analyze sales reports to guide strategy. Manage store operations including planogram adherence and product launches. Requires 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 2
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
- Must be available for weekend shifts
