Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales plans and comp goals while recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing team. Drive customer engagement through product promotions, social media, and initiatives like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Maintain operational soundness by managing shrink prevention, payroll hours, and associate schedules. Communicate trends and feedback with retail leadership and HQ partners, run sales reports to guide strategy, and merchandise the store using planograms and timely promos. Collaborate with your Store Manager to develop loyal, customer-focused associates. Requires 1-2 years of retail store management experience and a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- Part-time status
- At least 1-2 years of retail store management experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to navigate around the store
- Ability to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Ability to pack and unpack boxes of merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
