Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 1

Provide an amazing shopping experience by leveraging product knowledge to drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup. Cover the sales floor and step up when needed, assisting with planogram changes, register operations, and closing out transactions. Open and close the store as required, while ensuring accurate communication of shortages or overages to management. Monitor store sales plans, comp goals, and key KPIs including UPT and ADT. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and maintain an organized stock room. Help develop and retain a collaborative team alongside Store Leader assignments.
