Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 1

Support store leadership by covering the sales floor, managing daily operations, and driving add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup. Open and close the store, process transactions, and communicate shortages or overages to management. Monitor key KPIs including UPT and ADT, assist with planogram changes, and maintain stock room organization. Train new recruits using product knowledge and communicate fashion and music trends to HQ partners. Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure compliance. Work part-time hours with flexible scheduling to help develop and retain a passionate team.
