Job Summary
Support store leadership by covering the sales floor, opening and closing the store, and processing transactions while driving add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup. Manage daily operations by assisting with planogram changes, maintaining stock room organization, and ensuring accurate inventory reporting for shortages or overages. Train new recruits using product knowledge, communicate fashion and music trends to management, and enforce anti-theft protocols with store partners. Track sales performance against KPIs including UPT and ADT, and help develop a collaborative team. This role requires at least one year of retail experience and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail store experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Able to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Able to pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
