Job Summary
Support store leadership by covering the sales floor, managing daily operations, and driving add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup. Process transactions, close registers, and report shortages or overages to the Store Manager while ensuring accurate sales data for UPT and ADT metrics. Assist with planogram changes, maintain stock room organization, and train new recruits using product knowledge. Monitor inventory for theft prevention and communicate fashion and music trends to HQ partners. Maintain a tidy store environment and help develop a collaborative team. Requires at least one year of retail experience and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail store experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Able to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Able to pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
