Job Summary
Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 at BoxLunch who will support the store leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer experience, help train new recruits, manage daily operations to meet sales targets, open/close the store, process transactions, drive add-on sales with benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup, and assist with planogram changes, merchandising, and communication with HQ partners. Requires at least 1 year of retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, and being 18+ with strong communication and leadership skills to develop a collaborative team and meet KPIs (UPT, ADT).
