Job Summary
Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 at BoxLunch to support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience, train new recruits, assist with daily operations and meeting sales targets. You’ll open/close the store, process transactions on the register, drive add-on sales, understand sales KPIs (UPT and ADT), assist with planogram changes and merchandising, communicate fashion trends to management and HQ, help prevent theft, maintain the stock room, and develop a collaborative team to run the store alongside leadership. Strong communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop teammates are required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail store experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
