Job Summary
Support store leadership to deliver an amazing customer experience and drive sales. Train new recruits, open/close the store, process sales at the register, and use product knowledge to encourage add-on sales (including BOPIS and curbside pickup). Understand the store sales plan and KPI targets (UPT, ADT); assist with planogram changes; communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners; ensure stock-room organization and store tidiness; develop a collaborative team to run the store with the Store Leader.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail store experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
