Job Summary
Provide an amazing shopping experience by leveraging product knowledge to drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup. Cover the sales floor and step up when needed to support leadership, while opening and closing the store and processing transactions. Manage sales targets, including UPT and ADT KPIs, and assist with planogram changes for store fixtures and merchandising. Communicate fashion trends to management, ensure inventory accuracy to prevent theft, and maintain an organized stock room. Help develop and retain a collaborative team alongside your Store Leader. This role requires at least one year of retail experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to handle merchandise up to 50 pounds. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail store experience
- Avenger-like skills: communication, time management, professionalism, operations, and a drive to develop your peeps
- At least 18 years of age
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Able to navigate your way around the store
- Able to merchandise product utilizing approved store equipment
- Able to pack and unpack boxes of awesome merch that may weigh up to 50 pounds
