Part-Time Assistant Manager - Level 1

Open and close the store, process sales transactions, and manage register closures while communicating shortages or overages to Store Management. Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when the Manager is unavailable, ensuring customers receive an amazing experience driven by product knowledge. Assist with planogram changes, maintain the stock room, and help develop a collaborative team alongside you. Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners, while working with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure compliance. Support the management team in daily operations and meeting sales targets, including understanding store sales plans, comp goals, and key KPIs.
