Job Summary
Lead the Assistant Store Manager role by assisting the Store Manager in driving top-line sales, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring all associates follow safety policies and procedures. Manage daily operations by coaching sales associates, delegating tasks, and handling customer situations while holding the team accountable for operational tasks and KPIs. Maintain a clean, organized store and stockroom to maximize the customer experience, prioritizing merchandising flow and presentation standards throughout the location. This part-time position requires 20-40 hours per week with flexibility to work weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Must frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Must climb ladders as needed

- Must use hands to finger, handle or feel
- Must reach, twist or squat
