Job Summary
Lead a customer-focused, sales-driven store location by managing daily operations, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring merchandise flow. Supervise staff by coaching performance, delegating tasks, and holding associates accountable for policies and safety procedures. Handle customer situations in compliance with company directives, share feedback to improve the experience, and execute visual directives to maximize the shopping environment. Work part-time hours ranging from 20 to 40 weeks, including weekends and peak holiday periods, while demonstrating passion for fashion and brands.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Proficient in math
- Strong computer skills
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
