Job Summary
Conduct store operations, manage customer service, and oversee team development. Assist with daily functions, including opening/closing procedures, merchandise organization, and maintaining seasonal displays. Process corporate directives, handle payroll and scheduling, and ensure loss prevention and asset security. Maintain a clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom to company standards while supervising and training Store Associates. Adhere to safety policies and ensure a respectful environment for customers and staff. Part-time role based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
Required Qualifications
